Steven Hines

Steven has over 15 years of background in the staffing industry. He has worked for an international staffing firm and a local Houston firm before forming ParkWest Staffing. Steven’s experience includes negotiations and providing a full range of services to small to multi-million dollar client companies. with particular expertise in Business Development, Customer Service, and Human Resources Consulting.

He attended the University of Oklahoma majoring in Public Administration. Currently Steven resides in Katy with wife of 14 years and 2 children and is active in community events.

Steven believes that the customer should always come first so his emphasis is on being sensitive to customer needs and providing outstanding service.

Duane Filson

Duane has been in the staffing business since graduating college, over 5 years ago. Raised in the Katy area, he attended high school in the Katy Independent School District and then attended Stephen F. Austin University where he majored in Sociology. Duane resides in the West Houston area and is active in community events.

He is experienced in handling multi-million dollar accounts and servicing the customer. Duane’s other areas of expertise are in developing and implementing interviewing and recruiting strategies for both ParkWest and our client companies. He is also responsible for all employee relations for ParkWest.

One of Duane’s particular strengths is in matching job applicants with the client company’s corporate culture.
